If Phil can answer the question or if you have special requests, he will bring the specialists (Curt and Kenny) to talk to you, the customer. If there are any issues while working on your car, they'll contact you to explain and resolve the situation. D&D is also very affordable...they will take care of you!!

I was looking for someone to fix a glow plug problem on my Sprinter van. This is a job that takes someone with some exprerience because the glow plugs can break off in the cylinder head. I got better feedback about the service I was going to have done before they started than at the Mercedes Benz dealer. And the job was done quickly with no problems. I'm going to recommend D&D to my friends that own Sprinters.

Its been a few days since I picked up my vehicle. Everything is working great. The working time was good and thanks for ride to and from rental. Appreciate the fact that you keep the inside of car clean, didn't smell like a grease factory. I say this because before I have picked up my car (from a different place) and there was grease on steering wheel. Prices are in line with rest of Omaha. Overall excellent experience.

Service was outstanding! We took it in for an oil change and they spotted a MOJOR issue with our car. The engine could have literally fallen out from the bottom of the car. We were able to get this issue taken care of at no cost through our dealer! The repair would have cost us about $1500. Spotting this issue not only could have saved my pregnant wife's life but also resulted in saving us $1500 out of pocket with their advise. Thank you!
